(I7 in vol.I torn without loss of letters, Q7-10 in vol.I disbound, dampstaining, browning). Contemporaray calf (rubbed, joints split, spine damaged). PROVENANCE: Macclesfield South Library with engraved bookplate and blindstamp at head of title and next leaf. A 12mo edition of Borelli's Euclid together with his Apollonius and Archimedes, published in the year he died.

Title in red and black with engraved device, woodcut diagrams throughout (title soiled with upper and outer edges repaired, tear at foot of Vvvv1 crudely repaired, browning, spotting, a few tears in blank margins). Contemporary vellum with leather spine label (soiled, upper cover warped). Posthumously published edition of Borelli's Latin Euclid, originally published in 1658.
