Venice: Jacobus Pentius de Leuco for Lazarus de Soardis, 26 September-25 July-12 November 1496. 3 parts in one volume, 4° (194 x 140mm). 192 (including the initial blank which is really the final blank transposed) + 246 + 133 leaves (of 134, lacks the final blank), 53 lines and headline, double columns, gothic letter, large woodcut of the author on titles of parts 2 & 3, woodcut device on last page (small hole in last leaf and a little old tissue paper adhering to the device, a few light stains in upper margins at the beginning).
