Contemporary green morocco, wide border round sides composed of dots, flames, cordiform ornaments and other small tools, infilled cornerpieces made up of small tools and a large fleur-de-lys, centrepiece of 4 fleurs-de-lys enclosing a cross at centre and intersected by a small flame tool, spine gilt in comartments and with a red morocco lettering piece, inner dentelles, gilt edges. Provenance: unidentified bookplate -- the library at the Château de Tremblay. FIRST EDITION.
