Lithographic dedication to Friedrich Wilhelm of Prussia and 30 plates on india paper, mounted, in two series numbered 1-20 and 1-10, 5 lithographic illustrations, all after Gail. (Some spotting, chiefly marginal.) Later blue cloth, original lithographic front cover with title and surrounding arabic inscriptions bound in.
AN ATTRACTIVE WORK, originally published in 6 parts, each containing 5 plates. The last ten plates form a separate sequence on bull fighting, the first carrying the sub-heading 'Corrida de Toros en la Plaza de Sevilla'. Lipperheide Jc22; Palau 96533; Rümann 479.
