Original black cloth, spine and front cover lettered in silver, front cover blocked in blind, original black photo-illustrated dust jacket (short tear to upper end of spine panel repaired on verso). Provenance: Peter C. Bunnell, photo historian and scholar of American photography (presentation inscription and ink stamp).
