Original dark grey cloth, spine and front cover lettered in silver, front cover further lettered in blind, original photo-illustrated dust jacket (a very few short tears and light wear at extremities, crease in the front flap). Provenance: Camera Magazine (small ink stamp, dated '28.11.75').
