Woodcut device on title. 19th-century green straight-grained morocco, triple gilt fillet round sides with the Aldine anchor at centre, panels of spine ruled in gilt, gilt edges. Provenance: Fortescue copy sold at Christie's in 1971 (pencilled note on an endpaper). Second Aldine edition. Renouard 113/1 'pas commune'.
