4° (243 x 185mm). 9 engraved plates, all but one folding, by M. Burghers, later double-page plate by same of mosaic pavement pasted onto front endpapers. (Occasional spotting and staining, heavier to last leaves.) Contemporary panelled calf (rebacked, spine label missing, edges rubbed). 'The first substantial parish history'. (ODNB). Together with the first edition of John Adams' Index villaris or An Alphabetical Table of All Cities (London, 1680, 2°), and Thomas Madox's Baronia Anglica: An History of Land-Honors and Baronies (London, 1741, 2°), both in contemporary calf and with stamp of Francis Ferrand Foljambe on titles. (3)
