Tot[tell] and C. Bar[ker], 1582 [colophon on 2A8: 1583]. Woodcut title border [McKerrow & Ferguson 146] with arms on verso, woodcut foliate and historiated initials, woodcut device on verso of penultimate leaf. Variant with 2A8 'Table of All the Principall Matters' bound in. With final blank (P7 torn with loss of marginal note on recto, Y7 wormed with severe loss to 6 lines recto and verso, B1-4 wormed at margin, LV and some other leaves creased, occasional soiling). STC 15164a. [Bound with:] LAMBARDE, W. The Duties of Constables, Borsholders, Tithingmen, and such other Lowe Ministers of the Peace. London: Rafe Newberie and Henrie Middleton, 1583. Woodcut title device, initials and decorations (final leaf ink stained). Probably the later of the two Newbery/Middleton editions of this date. STC 15145. 2 works in one volume, 8° (159 x 104mm).
