Title printed in red and black with large woodcut device, another device at end, woodcut portraits of Paré, Hippocrates and Galen and numerous illustrations in the text (lacks the final blank, title rather stained and with repairs in the inner margin, a little occasional spotting and waterstaining, minor paper flaw in Gg1). Modern brown half niger morocco. Adams P314 (one imperfect copy); this edition not in Wellcome.
