Gelatin silver print (255 x 204mm), signed ('Avedon'), numbered ('87/100') and stamped with a statement of limitation, all on the verso, loose as issued in the original mat and envelope, and housed with the book in the slipcase described above.

The book reproduces images taken for Harper's Bazaar during the 1950s, uncropped, to the original scale and reproducing all of Avedon's original annotations.
