4o (294 x 204 mm). Engraved title (dated 1666) by GIORGIO VIDMAN, three large engraved folding plates after the designs of ELPIDIO BENEDETTI (browned, the second with long repaired tear). Contemporary limp vellum, early ink manuscript titling on front cover (some worming, section of front cover excised). Provenance: V? Landazzi (signature on front free endpaper).
