2 volumes, 4o (310 x 224 mm). Half-titles. 180 plates printed in color and finished by hand by Edouard Hocquart (some minor spotting and occasional light offsetting from text onto plates). Contemporary calf-backed paper boards, uncut (rebacked preserving original spines, some color retouched on boards, corners repaired). Provenance: Saint-Phalle family of Cudot (ex-libris stamp on half-titles).
