34 volumes, 12° (145 x 88mm). 58 folding engraved plates of music. (Volume 4 wormed with loss to several lines in quire Aa to end, worming with similar loss to a few other volumes, marginal staining, occasional spotting, a few leaves cropped with a loss of a few letters, short marginal tears and light repairs.) Contemporary French red morocco, gilt borders, flat spines directly lettered and with repeated ornament (a few vols. sunfaded, vol. 4 neatly restored). Provenance: Orwell Park (bookplate).
