Engraved frontispiece and headpiece, title vignette, 25 fold-out plates by Francesco Cepparuli after designs by Berardo, woodcut tailpieces, initials, and diagrams (most lower fore-corners lightly dampstained). Contemporary Dutch vellum (somewhat worn). Provenance: Metropolitan Museum of Art, W. Gedney Beatty bequest (book-label and duplicate stamp).
