The shaped rectangular anthemion-cast and gadrooned dished base, headed by a foliate-cast and serpent-entwined rack with four tooled nozzles, surmounted by a rectangular parcel-gilt, green and brown-painted rectangular shade centred to each side by panels with cupids, with pinecone finial and arrow-shaped adjusting keys, the base inscribed 'Flatow & Priemer/Berlin'
