The openwork scrolled gates with shaped frames and turned finials within a pair of rectangular posts with finials

These gates are the same model as the gates made for Strawberry Fields orphanage in Woolton, Liverpool made famous in 1967 by the Beatles song "Strawberry Fields Forever" written by John Lennon.
