Designed as a central medallion, set with two-tiered rose-cut diamond rotating openwork floral disks, centering upon a pearl, with a guilloché green enamel background, within a calibré-cut ruby surround with pearl and rose-cut diamond florets and detail, to the tapered openwork textured gold band of crossover design, with black enamel, gold and ruby scrolled spacers, to the five-strand pearl choker, mounted in gold, circa 1870, 11 ins., adjustable to 13¼ ins.
