With signed blued heavy octagonal sighted rifled barrel inscribed with the owner's name 'Wykerslooth Weerdesteyn' (fore-sight chipped), case-hardened breech struck with maker's mark beneath, plain case-hardened breech tang, plain case-hardened lock signed on a ribband, ebony half-stock, chequered butt, plain iron mounts, and some original finish (patches of pitting throughout).
