A LONGQUAN CELADON BOWL
SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279)
The bowl is well potted with deep, rounded conical sides. The exterior is carved with overlapping petals rising from the foot, and the bowl is covered allover in glaze of sea-green color. The foot rim is unglazed.
