the gentleman seated on a tree stump, pouring a glass of wine, at his feet his hat and a basket, beside him stands a young lady, wearing simple 18th century dress, holding a bouquet and carrying flowers in her apron, on a base moulded and gilt with scrolls, blue crossed swords mark, incised 2980, Pressnummern 76 and 61 -- 7¼in. (18.4cm.) high, late 19th century (some minor chips and small areas of overpainting)
