Depicting a funerary banquet, with a bearded man reclining on a richly upholstered mattress, his left elbow propped on two upholstered cushions, his right leg bent over his folded left leg, his right hand resting on his knee, holding an attribute, a patterned cup in his left hand, wearing a Parthian-style long-sleeved belted tunic over trousers, and a Greek-style himation, the tunic and trousers with embroidered floral patterns along the hem, cuffs, collar and down the front, the trousers similarly ornamented down the front, his wife, in smaller scale, seated at his feet, enveloped in a himation, wearing a beaded necklace and patterned fillet, a cloth in her right hand, her left raised, holding the edge of her veil
