A QAJAR ENAMELLED COPPER NARGILEH, IRAN, 19TH CENTURY
The base of cylindrical tapering form with flaring neck supporting a carved wooden stem surmounted by an enamelled section of flaring form, both sections decorated in coloured enamels on a blue ground with portrait panels amongst cartouches of roses and other flowers -- 17½in. (44.5cm.) high.
