The seated goddess with her feet resting on an integral plinth, wearing a tightly-fitted sheath, broad collar, tripartite wig with vulture headdress fronted by a cobra, and surmounted by a uraeus-circlet supporting a solar disk framed by cow's horns, her eyes inlaid, offering her left breast to the nude Horus child seated on her lap, whose neck she supports, the child wearing the side lock of youth and a cobra on his brow
