Engraved title and 22 engraved plates and maps, 2 additional folding plates from a later edition adhered to front and rear pastedowns. (Lacking portrait frontispiece, some browning, spotting and dampstaining mainly to text leaves, second map with frayed lower margin). Contemporary mottled calf, spine gilt (covers onlaid with modern calf rectangular panels, short tear to upper joint, lightly rubbed).
