With rectangular nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, mono-metallic balance, protective balance guard, micrometer regulator, the gilt dial with arabic and baton numerals, subsidiary seconds, the stainless steel rectangular case with 9k pink scrolled lugs, snap on back, case, dial and movement signed.

The 3937 with scrolled lugs is the last Prince model produced by Rolex and was introduced into the market in the early 1940's.
