(close cropping of upper margins affecting runnning titles and page numbers, 1872 with some lower corners torn away, titles of 1872 and 1873 slightly soiled), green half calf, gilt spine dated and numbered "Vol. 3" (rubbed, spine slightly torn, upper joints cracking), red speckled edges (original wrappers not bound in).
