oval, 1 3/16 in. (31 mm.) high, gilt-metal mount
Bought by Torben Holck Colding from antique dealer Carlo Madsen on 28 August 1952 (350 Danish Crowns).

Benjamin George Sporon (1741-1796) was the Amtman, or 'one in charge' of the town of Vejle in Denmark. Torben Holck Colding dated this miniature around 1778.
