An officer of a Voluntary Regiment, in red uniform with silver epaulettes, blue facings and blue collar, white lace cravat and black stock, wearing a white shoulder belt with a gilt and enamelled shoulder belt plate, powdered hair
signed and dated on the reverse 'Painted by R. Bull. 1807.'
