Colophon by Wen Zhengming (1470-1559), with a laudatory biography of Shen Zhou and comment that the painting is a product of Shen Zhou's inner mind, dated the 13th day of the third month of yisi year (1545), signed and with two seals.
Three colophons by the scholar-official and collector Li Enqing (19th century), first one dated summer of the first year of the Xianfeng era (1851).
Thirteen collectors' seals, including five of Li Enqing
