engraving, circa 1499, a very good impression of the first state (of two), without watermark, trimmed on or just inside the platemark but retaining a fillet of blank paper outside the borderline, a skilfully repaired, horizontal tear through the saint's knees, two other, shorter repaired tears at the upper left corner and the lower right sheet edges, other minor defects
