the complete set of 18 offset lithographs with hand-coloring (including the cover), and signed colophon, on laid paper, dedicated 'Paul Cadmus' on the cover, copy 64 of 190, the full sheets, bound (as issued), all with pale time staining, the cover plate with time staining and pale foxing, otherwise all in good condition, the cover plate adhered to original white buckram boards (as issued; the front hinge slightly cracked, minor wear). 234 x 156 mm.
Inscribed by Paul Cadmus on the the first flyleaf, with the inscription "For Jon (anderson) a cat-person who poses much, much better than any of these SAMS. Thank you and Happy Birthday Paul (cadmus)". There is also a letter written by Cadmus accompanying the book dated 30 November 1992.
