the smiling figure with long beard and large hat, carved reclining, leisurely leaning against a rectangular table, the long sleeves of his robes covering his left arm, those of the right swing voluminously below his wrist as he holds a paper from which he reads -- 4½in. (10.5cm.) wide, wood stand.
