For another model see Christie's London, 25 Jan 2005, lot 358.

The model is illustrated in Nicholas Penny 'Catalogue of European Sculpture in the Ashmolean Museum' Oxford, 1992. Item 325, volume II, page 95. Penny discusses an attribution for this model to Barthelemy Prieur (1535-1611) but concludes that it can not be identified for certain to him.
