Signed George Prior, London, retailed by Pinel & Roux, Constantinople, circa 1800
Gilt-finished cylinder movement, chain fusée, pierced and engraved balance cock, white enamel dial, Turkish numerals, gilt arrow hands, plain inner case, chased and embossed scroll decorated rims, pinwork decorated gilt silver and tortoiseshell outer case, short length of chain and key, leather transportation case, inner case stamped C&M, dial signed by maker, movement signed by retailer
