With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 26 September 2007, instruction manual, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 6000 was launched in 2005, and at first produced only in white gold with black dial. In 2007, Patek Philippe introduced a model with a gray dial and at the 2011 Basel Fair a pink gold version with brown dial.
