With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1953 and its subsequent sale on 16 October 1953.

Reference 2483 was in production from 1950 until the mid 1950s, the models were available with subsidiary seconds or sweep centre seconds. According to our research, less than 12 examples in pink gold have shown up for auction thus far.
