With full plate gilt-finished lever movement, chain fusée, finely engraved balance cock and foot, diamond endstone, plain three arm steel balance, metal dust cap, gold cuvette, the gold dial with translucent blue enamel on engine-turned background and gold scroll and foliage decoration, Roman numerals on white shield-shaped cartouches, in circular engine-turned case with finely chased and engraved floral and scroll decorated bezel, rim, pendant and bow, case stamped with Chester date letter, cuvette numbered, movement signed and numbered
