With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, minute repeating on two gongs, gold cuvette with engraved inscription Dr. Allen Mason Thomas, 45 West 54th Street, New York City, June 2nd 1903, Annie, the white dial with Arabic numerals, outer five minute divisions, blued steel hands, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 60 minutes register, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated by buttons in the crown and in the band, locking mechanism, repeating mechanism activated by a slide in the band, the plain case with back cover enhanced by an oval-cut sapphire and five circular-cut diamonds in star motif, case, dial and movement signed and identically numbered throughout
