With nickel-finished lever movement, 29 jewels, mono-metallic balance adjusted in 5 positions, the dial with pavé-set baguette-tapered-cut diamonds, in circular case with baguette, square and fancy-cut diamonds throughout, brilliant-cut diamonds to the lugs, back secured by four screws, together with an 18k white gold and diamond-set Vacheron Constantin buckle, case, dial and movement signed
