Calibre 1120/2, extra-flat, 36 jewels, beryllium balance, central rotor with 21k gold segment inscribed "1594-Gérard Mercator-1994", the silvery dial depicting a map of different continents, double sector for the hour and minute, white gold hands in the shape of a marine compass reminiscent of the one used by Gerardus Mercator, in two-part case, transparent back with serrated edge, 18k white gold VC deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed
