With the frontally facing cow-eared Hathor wearing crown of uraei, a shrine above the suspension loop, below an incised figure of seated Hathor, with cow in papyrus thicket below, the reverse with single column of hieroglyphs reading "May Hathor, Nebet-Hetepet, give life to Ta-Her, daughter of Pa-Di-Bastet", mounted
