    Arabic manuscript on buff paper, gouache heightened with gold and silver, lines of black naskh above, the first of the portraits shows Sultan Ahmet III ibn Mehmet (1703 - 30) as a boy riding a horse, the other eleven of preceding Sultan's, all enthroned, ending with Uthman Ghazi (1281 - 1324), opening folio depicting 'Ali ibn Abi Taleb mounted on a horse and his two sons Hasan and Husayn with followers, final folio depicting a zebra standing in profile -- Folio 31.6 x 20.7cm.
