A BLUE AND WHITE CIRCULAR 'DRAGON' BOX AND COVER
LATE 17TH CENTURY
The cover is intricately decorated with two dragons amidst scrolling foliage and lingzhi sprigs. The box is painted to the exterior with similar lingzhi on leafy scrolling tendrils, below a further delicate band of scrolling foliage to the inner mouth rim.
