A blue and white hexagonal vase, hu, Qianlong seal mark and of the period
of hexagonal section, the body and angled shoulders painted with slender stems bearing foliage and floral blooms including lotus, camellia, lily and peony, below a register of crested waves divided by two tubular handles with lotus sprigs, all between detached foliated floral sprigs, with a key-fret border around the rim, with drilled underglaze-blue Qianlong seal mark -- 17 11/16in. (44.9cm.) high.
