A blue and yellow 'dragon' square box and cover, 19th Century
The sides painted with a continuous design of dragons amongst scrolling foliage on a yellow ground, the flat cover similarly decorated with a lion finial, base underside with underglaze blue encircled Wanli six-character mark -- 5½ in. (14 cm.) square.
