Modelled in the role of 'The Fine Lady' in Garrick's 'Lethe', standing, half-turned to the left, her spaniel tucked beneath her right arm, in lace cap, jacket with lace facings and cuffs, her bodice incised with hatched ornament and with ample crinoline, on a square base (some restoration and cracking, light chipping to extremities)

This model is based on an engraving by Charles Mosley, published in 1750, based on an earlier drawing by Thomas Worlidge.
