A Bristol delft blue and white bowl
Of straight-sided flared form, on a short foot, painted with flowering shrubs within ogival cartouches, against a blue-ground reserved with scrolling foliage above a band of alternating panels of diaper ornament and stylised foliage, the interior with birds perched among flowering shrubs beneath a band of flower-sprays (small rim chip, short hairline crack and minor fritting and flaking to the rim, large chips to footrim)
