modelled seated in Dhyanasana before a kohai, with serene expression, tightly curled hair and pendulous earlobes, the right hand raised with palm facing outward in the semui gesture, the left hand resting on the left knee facing upwards, wearing long flowing robes, on a double lotus base, calligraphy to reverse of figure and base -- 21in. (53.4cm.) high, (jewel from forehead missing, repair to back).
