A Cantonese ivory rectangular box and hinged cover
carved to the top with equestrian warriors and soldiers in combat looked on by numerous figures before pagodas in a tree strewn landscape, with further panels of figures on terraces before pagodas and willow, and deeply carved floral panels to the side, on an ornately stepped base, fitted drawer and a key -- 6.3/in. (7.2cm.) wide, 19th Century, (very minor losses to extremities).
